Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
During busy periods or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

   •    Netherlands: 1–3 business days
   •    Belgium & Germany: 2–5 business days
   •    Other EU countries: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

   •    Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €150
   •    Orders under €150: €5.95 shipping fee
   •    Other EU countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace email from us, allowing you to track your package in real time.

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at Info@silknlace.nl.
We’ll assist you in tracking or resolving the issue directly with the courier.

Return Policy for Accessories and Dresses

We want you to love every purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return it if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received.
 

When Return Cannot Be Accepted

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns under the following circumstances:
   •    The item is not in its original condition, or tags are missing (where applicable please note that dresses include tags).
   •    The return ribbon is not attached (applicable only to selected styles).
   •    The item has been worn, washed, or shows any signs of use.
   •    The item has marks or stains, including makeup, deodorant, or spray tan.
   •    The item carries strong odors, such as perfume, smoke, or body scent.
   •    The item has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
   •    The item differs from the original order or shows evidence of having been replaced.
   •    The return was not submitted through our official Returns Portal.
   •    The return was requested or shipped outside the specified return period.
   •    The item was marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Please note that items returned without meeting the above conditions, or without a prior return request, cannot be accepted.

If you need to return dress purchased from us, please follow these simple steps:
   1.    Fill out our return form online, providing all the necessary details including your order number, item description, and reason for return.
   2.    Ensure the item is in its original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or damages.
   3.    Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
